Why should I?
Something’s not right, but you can’t put your finger on it. Or maybe you can! It was once called a mid-life crisis, or worse, an existential crisis. But you’re not in crisis per se and what does mid-life even mean? Something’s just not right. You feel like you’re stuck in the mud. You’ve probably asked yourself “Is this all there is?”
No. There’s more. Lots more. You, my friend, are deciding to wake up or go back to sleep.
Is this your
life?
You did everything right. You went to school. You got the job. You got the spouse. You got the house, the kids, the dog.
Why do I feel so fucking empty?
We go through life on auto-pilot. We all do. It’s designed that way. We live in a realm of mind and body. We think. We do. Everything is on schedule. Goals and achievements are checked off the list, just like the gold stars we achieved as children. Now it’s a clink of a glass. But it’s all the same: empty.
Mind and body is only half the story, my friend. It exists in the horizontal realm. It’s often called work/life balance. But even in this horizontal realm we lose the harmony for the sake of balance. That’s why you can’t dial in your diet or exercise your body. It’s become too rigid.
In the vertical realm we find our heart and spirit. This is where the work is, my friend. This is where the awakening happens. The vertical is the realm of the Wild Twin. That life force that still glows within you. Even after all these years, the Wild Twin is whispering “wake up.”
This is where I guide you. Connecting to the Wild Twin so you can hear your story. The Wild Twin holds all of your hopes and dreams. This is your connection to your spirituality. Your Wild Twin never forgot who you truly are.
