Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop

In this 4 hour workshop you will learn the Wim Hof Method: a natural path to an optimal state of body and mind. It rests on three main pillars: a breathing technique; cold exposure; and the commitment that allows one to structurally incorporate these into daily life.


Your trainer will be Steve Beattie, Fascial Stretch Therapist and Wilderness Guide and who trained with Wim Hof at workshops and courses in Toronto, California, and Australia and is certified in the WHM.


Upon completion of the workshop, you will have all of the tools you need to receive the scientifically proven health benefits of the Wim Hof Method. The workshop will include a short lecture, with the majority of the workshop devoted to experiential learning so that you can develop your practice. 


By the end of the session, you will have learned the Wim Hof Breathing Exercise, some meditation techniques, and of course - you will be given the opportunity to take an ice bath!


What you need

  • comfy clothes (we do some stretching)
  • warm sweater (you might get chilly during the breathing exercises)
  • water bottle, bathing suit, towel, water shoes/flipflops (if you want)
  • some people like their own yoga mat
  • small snack (DON'T OVER EAT!)
  • awesome attitude
