No, a little bit of cold is great for you, but too much can seriously hurt you. In the winter Canada can become an extremly inhospitable place and it’s important to be prepared. Walking out of the icy water into a windchill of -20c is a serious challenge wrought with danger. Running to your car and starting up the seat warmers can be even more dangerous. Come find out why.
