Weekend
Sometimes we need to gather in ceremony, out of our mundane environments and routines. We allow our stories to flow through us within the container of community held by mother nature. We release our wild parts and reclaim what has been denied or forbidden. Magical things happen when we gather to share and heal with medicine. This is an all inclusive, cottage adventure, all meals, snacks and medicines will be provided.

Flow of the Weekend
Friday: Arrival
We arrive at our beautiful home away from home in the early afternoon and get settled in. We gather in circle around the fire to open the container for the weekend with breathwork. We hear each others stories of healing. We share a deliscious dinner and chat about expectations for the weekend in general and the medicine journey in particular.
Saturday: Group Medicine Journey
This healing weekend is about the Sacred Ceremony with transformational medicine. Our hearts will be open, connected to each other, and connected to all life. The intense love and compassion of the day will allow you to turn this healing energy inwards. We explore our blocks to giving and receving love. The great block of FEAR will release and you will hear your truth. Being witnessed in community is the true medicine.
Sunday: Integration and Closing
On our last day together, we allow the powerful energy of gratitude to flow through us. Thanking ourselves for showing up, thankful for the experiences we shared and being present with each other. We close the container of ceremony with breathwork. Renewed in our strength, understanding that we are the medicine and everything we need is already within us. This is the beginning of your journey.
