All members of the Breathing In Nature community will have the opportunity to take part in live monthly Q&A’s. In the advanced courses, and of course in the personal coaching programs you will have weekly and monthly live in-person or video conferences.

1 – learning to breathe

In this 7 day online course you will learn how to access your breath to the fullest. Starting with stretches to help you gain control over your body, the physiology of breathing, the psychology of stress and how it effects your physical and mental health. Using a combination of videos, workbook and downloadable meditation files you will gain all the tools to live life to the fullest.

2 – resilience training

In this course you will begin to go deeper into your breathwork and meditation to uncover some of the blocks that are holding you back. I will share the more intimate parts of my personal journey as i guide you deep into the shadow self.
